David Sarajishvili started manufacturing the first Georgian co-gnac in 1884. From day one, the Sarajishvili House has been mastering the art of cognac manufacturing, creating distinc-tive samples of wine brandy.
The tour gives you the chance to embrace and appreciate gardens saturated with light, pleasant aroma of cognac and ancient storage spaces, where unique Georgian brandy spirits are aged in tiered oak barrels, the oldest of which was distilled back in 1893.
Throughout the visit, you will discover and learn about the history of Georgian wine brandy and the unknown nuances of the technology of its creation, touch historical artifacts, learn how to taste, assess and treat “Sarajishvili”.
